6 years later and we still flipping. House prices has increased a lot more than what they were in 2018 but the core concepts remain the same.
1. Know the neighborhood you are doing your fix and flips
2. Do not over-rehab
3. And stop listening to them folks who always telling you how to do something they have never done.

The worst waste of time is arguing with fools who do not care about truth or reality but only the victory of their beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on arguments that don't make sense.
