This morning, before heading out for my walk,

I checked the weather app.

It said no rain until 10 AM, and it ‘s only 6:30 AM.

But when I looked up at the sky,

I noticed the clouds telling a different story.

Coincidentally, When I woke at 4:30am this morning to go on my daily 5mile walk it was storming.

I didn’t quit my fitness goal.

Instead,

I adapted by rearranging my schedule,

finishing other tasks,

and going walking now when it’s less rain.
